The second and third quarters are out already; so, let’s welcome the fourth and last quarter of this year. As we are now in the last quarter of the year, it’s timely we get to our quarterly sales recognition and acknowledge those who have excelled in the marketing field. Tradition as it is, RPM Realty has conducted yet another sales recognition for the past two quarters.

Last 11th and 12th of October, RPM Realty held their quarterly sales recognition at Dahilayan Forest Park, Bukidnon. It was a sales recognition cum overnight retreat activity. RPM Realty spent an overnight activity together with the HomeChoice Planners staffs and CDO First Assembly of God pastoral staffs mainly for the purpose of developing the staffs camaraderie and integrity.

In the activity, Ptr. Elpie Tabocloan, the senior pastor of CDO FAOG shared some words to ponder to the staffs and agents. He then explained to the participants the importance of unity and good fellowship in the company; and also the reason why putting God first is essential. Ptr. Elpie imparted the participants with things that will surely be brought and applied to their everyday life.

The overnight activity was also recognition to the Real Estate Agents of RPM Realty; acknowledging the excellent performance of the agents for the past second and third quarters. Ms. Leziel Petilla and Mr. Ian Manrique were named as the top two performers for the second quarter. For the third quarter, Mr. Ian Manrique and Mr. Cris Peniscula were the top two performers. Mr. Noli Rivamonte was acknowledged as well for his breakthrough last second quarter. The above mentioned agents were given a chance to speak and share their experiences in the marketing field; other agents had the opportunity also to speak in front and share their goals for this quarter.

It was a remarkable overnight activity as the participants did not only learned so many things but also enjoyed a lot with the amenities and activities that the Dahilayan Forest and Adventure Park has to offer. The staffs and agents had a blast in conquering the Asia’s Longest Dual Zipline and driving the ATV and buggy rides over a bumpy road. They also had a great adventure with the tree top challenge and flapping experience with the astrozorbit. The activity was a success. And it was indeed a great undertaking! Kudos!
