Cagayan de Oro; a city in boom and bloom. Well, it really is. Judging by the infrastructures and different developments that the city has right now; Cagayan de Oro is a booming city.

One factor for the city’s booming and blooming status are the numerous developers investing here. The developers are great contributors for the city’s rapid growth and development. Part of this growth and development are the different subdivisions and malls that have popped out here in this city. And now, high rise condominiums are beginning to trend in here.

Johndorf Ventures Corporation definitely doesn’t want to be left out from the trend that’s why they have developed yet another condominium; from the four storey Granvia Residences condominium to the new seven storey Granvia Suites condominium. After almost a year of developing and building Granvia Suites, it is finally finished now. And with this success, JVC held their grand launching of the said condo last March 16, 2013.

Before the launching, a motorcade happened first to advertise and spread the good news to all the Kagay-anons. Then the grand launching followed where in we were graced by the presence of Mr. Richard Lim, CEO of JVC and Ms. Michelle Chua, VisMin Sales Marketing Manager of JVC. Mr. Lim and Ms. Chua expressed their sincerest gratitude towards all the people who attended the event. They are glad to hear the overwhelming response of the people for the event’s success.

Thanks to JVC for developing yet another project that would surely contribute to the city’s booming state. And Granvia Suites is an added attraction to Cagayan de Oro’s blooming status. With this development, I can really say, Tsada Kagayan!
