RPM Realty marketing officers and HomeChoice Planners staffs makes a mark on the world. And they are bigger than their selves. This is a step in moving forward as they have joined in the John Maxwell’s Leadership Training.

Dr. John C. Maxwell is the founder of the renowned leadership organization; EQUIP. It was in 1997 when he first established this organization. With the success that EQUIP has brought, it has been an annual activity for John Maxwell to conduct leadership trainings and seminars worldwide. The lectures and lessons of the training are all taken from John Maxwell’s best seller book ‘The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership’. What is amazing about the book is that all lectures are biblical based. So, we are ensured that the leadership ways that it teaches us are according to God’s words and ways.

In the Philippines, John Maxwell Leadership Training is held twice in a year. And Cagayan de Oro City is just so privileged to be chosen as one of the cities where the training will be held; aside from Manila. Though it’s only a one and a half day seminar held last January 28 and 29, 2013, you will get to learn a lot of things from the training; things about leadership, teamwork and stewardship. Another great thing about this seminar is the speakers. The ways they deliver their lectures and encourage the congregation is very remarkable. Every word that they say will automatically be marked in your minds.

For the past John Maxwell Leadership Training, the President/CEO of EQUIP, Dr. John D. Hull and famous businessman, Mr. Steve Miller were the speakers in the said seminar. But for this year, a new speaker was introduced to us by Mr. Steve Miller. Since Dr. John D. Hull can’t make it due to other commitments, he highly recommended his dear friend to speak in the seminar; Ptr. Jeff Jones of Valley Family Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Even though John Hull isn’t around, we still had a great time listening to Steve Miller’s and Ptr. Jones’ lectures. They have discussed to us lessons from the Volume 3 Notebook 5 of the 21 irrefutable laws of leadership. It was a great lesson as it taught us the laws of victory, momentum, priorities, sacrifice and dependability.

The lectures taught are of great help for the marketing officers of RPM Realty and staffs of HomeChoice Planners. They can really apply the lessons learned to their work. And they can also share what they have learned to their other colleagues and subordinates. It is not only our company that has learned a lot from the seminar, leaders and businessmen from Mindanao flocked together in this event did learn something too. We thank EQUIP for this awesome training. Thank you also to the hosts of the event, Word of Hope Church Manila in partnership with CDO First Assembly of God Church.
