Pueblo de Oro is one of the biggest names here in Cagayan de Oro City when it comes to property development. With their vast community here in the uptown area, one would surely be entice to live here. Pueblo de Oro is not only good in developing properties that is of quality; they are also good in creating awesome events.

Just yesterday, we at RPM Realty were privileged to be invited in their Sales Rally. The rally was held at Forest View Homes which started around 7am. It was participated by brokers and salespersons of various realty firms. It is just pleasing to see all of these brokers and salespersons flock together in one event; having a good time chit chatting with their colleagues.

In the said rally, they have prepared a lot of things; raffle draws where in they gave away some interesting stuff, treasure hunting game that was participated by the Lead Brokers and also a sumptuous breakfast was served on the table. We were also honored to be able to meet the new Vice President and General Manager of Pueblo de Oro CDO, namely Mr. Eduino Leonides Franciso “Huey” L. Tan. It was a fun filled rally. But what made the event more interesting was the Broker’s Meeting.

In the Broker’s Meeting, they had a very interesting agenda. They’ve announced to us the different activities and parties that they’ll be conducting. For this month alone they will have their Product Knowledge Seminar and Second Quarter Sales Recognition. As for next month, the unit blessing of model houses in Forest View Homes is expected; also, the festivities in the Business Park which is in line with the Kagay-an Festival. They have disclosed to us as well the new projects that they will be developing; such as the Westwoods, Pueblo Golf Estates and Vista Verde Village expansion. Isn’t this great? A lot of new projects are on the look-out, projects that are worth investing.

As for the new projects, Pueblo de Oro hasn’t spilled out to us yet the detailed information of these. But don’t you worry, as soon as we have it and it’s good to go, we will inform you all right away. We’re all eager beaver for these projects. So, until then
