Summer time! This wouldn’t be complete without having the perfect summer getaway. For the perfect escapade, these things are definitely included: beach resorts, bikini bods, tanned skin and snapshots. With the kind of weather that we have right now; scorching hot summer, an outing should on your to do list.

In line with this sunny weather, Primavera Residences staffs organized an event that is surely appropriate for this, a beach party! It was held last May 12, 2012 at Maravilla Beach Resort. It’s a team building cum sales recognition program. Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons from different Realty firms joined the said event.

The staffs of Italpinas CDO prepared a lot of interesting stuff; plaques for the awardees and fun games. Awards were given to those deserving brokers and agents who in way contributed to the many sales of the eco-friendly condominium. The games, ahh! the fun started with this part. The participants had a blast with all the games they’ve prepared. It really helped a lot with the team building. Lunch followed after the games. Then after lunch, we took a little rest; appreciating the beauty of the resort, snapshots here and there and chit chat with our fellow brokers and agents. After having a rest, we played a few more times then decided to go swimming.

It was a great party and it ended well. We had enjoyed the moment. Kudos to the party organizers! Thank you for coming up with a brilliant idea and that is the beach party. We’re so looking forward for another cool event. Until next time!
